Usui Reiki 1 Training offers a powerful opportunity for individuals to learn the art of self-reiki & how to share this healing energy with others. You will be attuned to reiki and empowered with knowledge of how to channel this transformative healing energy. You will also learn the history of this healing system which began with Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki. This is a special training as it honors & coincides with Mikao Usui's 161st birthday!
This powerful Usui Reiki I (one) Training prepares you with all you need and more to practice reiki on yourself and loved ones in-person to help with healing on every level. You will deepen your understanding of reiki, be attuned to its subtle energy, and learn the methods and tools to begin your practice!
Ultimately, Usui Reiki One Training serves as a gateway to holistic wellness, providing the powerful tool of reiki to enhance your quality of life and for those you share it with.
You will leave certified and prepared to progress to Usui Reiki II Training where you will learn distance reiki among other techniques and be able to practice professionally.
Each graduate will receive a Usui Reiki One certificate.
This training will be held in the community-minded space of QueerInYoga at 11 Church St, New Paltz, NY. Please dress comfortably. We will take a break for movement and snacks. There are local cafes available or you may bring a brown bag lunch. Tea and water are provided. See you soon!
