Usui Reiki I Training

Begin your reiki journey on Mikao Usui's (the founder of Usui Reiki) birthday! This special Usui Reiki I (one) Training sets your reiki foundation & prepares you with all you need and more to practice reiki on yourself and loved ones in-person to help with healing on every level. You will deepen your understanding of reiki, be attuned to its subtle energy, and learn the methods and tools to begin your practice!
You will leave certified and prepared to progress to Reiki II Training where you will learn distance reiki among other techniques and be able to practice professionally.
Each graduate will receive a Reiki I certificate!
Please dress in comfortable clothing. We will have a break for lunch. There are easily accessible local cafes or you may bring your own lunch.

Usui Reiki II Training (2026)

Over the course of 3 Fridays;
Nov 06, 13, 27 6:30-8:30pm
This powerful Usui Reiki II (two) Training strengthens your connection with reiki and empowers you with wisdom and new tools to expand your healing capabilities. Receive all you need and more to practice reiki professionally and at a distance. You will deepen your understanding of reiki, be attuned & learn the mantras and symbols for Reiki II, and all of the methods to begin your professional practice!
This three-session format allows for integration between classes and the space to return with questions and discoveries to share with your teacher, Reiki Master Phaedra Robinson as well as your fellow students. You will leave certified to practice reiki professionally and will receive a Usui Reiki II certificate!
Proof of Reiki I Certification is a prerequisite for this course. All sessions are required for certification. If you know that you must miss one of the sessions please reach out to Phaedra@reikicatny.com and we will see what we can do. Dress in comfortable clothing. Bring something to take notes and bring any snacks or water you might need.
